A36/Q235/S235JR Carbon Steel Plate
A36 is a low-carbon steel containing trace amounts of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and other elements such as copper. A36 has good weldability and high yield strength, and is the structural steel plate specified by the engineer. ASTM A36 steel plate is often manufactured into a variety of structural steel parts. This grade is used for welded, bolted or riveted construction of bridges and buildings, as well as for general structural purposes. Due to its low yield point, A36 carbon plate can be used to design lighter weight structures and equipment, and provide good weldability. Construction, energy, heavy equipment, transportation, infrastructure and mining are the industries where A36 panels are commonly used.
A203 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A203 grades are: A, B, D, E, F. Boiler vessel plates are nickel alloy steel materials used in the manufacture of high temperature pressure vessels. The performance of ASTM A203 boiler vessel plates is based on their Ni composition. ASTM A203 Boiler Container Plates are available in five grades: Grade A, Grade B, Grade D, Grade E, and Grade F.
A204 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A204 boiler vessel plate is molybdenum alloy steel plate, mainly suitable for welding boilers and high temperature pressure vessels. According to the molybdenum content, ASTM A204 boiler container plate is divided into 3 grades: A, B, C. The thickness of ASTM A204 boiler vessel plates is limited only by the ability of the chemical composition to meet the specified mechanical property requirements.
A285 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A285 Boiler Plate is a common carbon steel used for fusion welding of pressure vessel equipment such as boilers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc. ASTM A285 Boiler vessel steel consists of 3 grades: Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. ASTM A285 boiler vessel plates have good welding performance and can meet the fusion welding requirements of pressure vessel equipment.
A387 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate
ASTM A387 Boiler vessel plates are chrome-molybdenum alloy steel plates suitable for welding boilers and high temperature pressure vessels. ASTM A387 boiler container plate is divided into grade 5, grade 9, grade 11, grade 12, grade 22, grade 91 and other grades according to the alloy elements contained. Except for grades 21L, 22L, 91 and 911, each grade of ASTM A387 boiler vessel plate has two tensile strength categories according to its heat treatment: Class 1 and Class 2.
ASTM A514 steel is available in several grades: A, B, C, E, F, H, J, K, M, P, Q, S, and T, all of which have the same mechanical properties. ASTM A514 steel plates are conventionally quenched and tempered steel. ASTM A514 steel plate is known for its high yield strength, weldability and toughness, even under low temperature conditions. ASTM A514 steel is a special high-strength steel, mainly used as building structural steel.
